Undertakings and Warranties

Before placing an order with us, you hereby acknowledge and make the following representations, undertakings and warranties：

1. The items and parts you are submitting for order, manufacture or otherwise via the Xometry services are in compliance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and not prohibited by any applicable laws and regulations, which do not involve firearms, ammunition, other weaponry, assault tools, or other prohibited tools involving pornography, hatred, violence, racial discrimination, anti-humanity, etc., or any items that require special licenses to be manufactured.
2. The items and parts you are submitting for order, manufacture or otherwise via the Xometry services are not subject to export control and do not belong to the items prohibited or restricted from export as stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations on export control of the People's Republic of China.
3. The items and parts you are submitting for order, manufacture or otherwise via the Xometry services, as well as the design drawings and related data and information submitted by you, do not involve any state secrets, and do not belong to the national core data or important data as stipulated in the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations.
4. If you violate the above representations, undertakings and warranties, we are entitled to refuse or suspend or terminate the provision of the relevant services immediately after the commencement of the services. You will independently bear all legal consequences arising therefrom in your own name and compensate us for any losses incurred as a result.
