Hiring procedure at Xometry
We carefully review all the applications and short-list candidates for the next stage.
At the next stage, our HR performs phone screening interviews to evaluate whether the candidates could be a good fit.
For most roles, the short-listed candidates receive test assignments and have a few days to complete them.
During the final interview with a hiring manager, we assess professional skills and discuss the test assignment.
After the final interview, the hiring manager decides on the candidate and HR sends a final offer.
