1.Upload your project files: First, confirm that your customer type is set to 【Corporate Customers】 as shown in Figure 1-1, and under 【Account Settings】-【Billing Information】 , verify that your role is set to 【Company Employee】 as shown in Figure 1-2.

Then, click the "Start a New Manual Quote" button and upload your project files, such as CAD drawings, technical drawings, or Excel sheets, as shown in Figure 1-3.

2. Specify project requirements: If your files already contain all production details, simply activate the relevant toggle and click "Review & Confirm" (see Figure 2-1). We will then immediately begin the quoting process based on your project specifications. If the information is incomplete, please provide additional production details in the "Your Production Requirements" text box (see Figure 2-2). You may use the template we provide or write your own specifications.

3. Set shipping schedule: For scheduled batch shipments, please specify your desired delivery timeline.
4. Confirm production details: Before clicking "Review & Confirm" , double-check your uploaded files and the information you have entered.
5. Obtain a manual quote: Click "Request Quote" to submit your request. Our pricing engineers will provide a customized quote based on your order details within 24–48 hours. Each part is priced individually. Once you confirm the quote, you can place your order as easily as with our AI-powered instant quoting engine.
Target Price Orders
Place your order directly at your desired price! Skip the lengthy quoting process. We will review and confirm your order within 72 hours; otherwise, you will receive our best counter-offer. Improve communication efficiency, lock in costs, and make your supply chain more predictable.
1. Create a Target Price Order: To place a Target Price Order, you must first communicate with your customer representative. Their contact information is displayed in the upper-left corner of the page.
Once access is granted, you can click the "Start a Target Price Order" button, upload your design files, and set the material, quantity, and other key parameters. Then, enter your desired target price per unit — this is the core of the Target Price Order model, giving you precise control over procurement costs within your budget.
2. Order placement process: The order placement process is the same as for other quoting options. You can choose any payment method, and the system will charge the target amount.
3. Order review: After your order is submitted, our auditing team will complete the review and confirm it within 72 hours. If your target price deviates from current market conditions, we will provide you with the most competitive counter-offer. Should you choose not to accept the counter-offer and cancel the order, the full amount you paid will be refunded to your account.
