Description
H59/H59 brass is a copper-zinc alloy containing 68-71% copper. It has a high zinc content, which gives it good strength and ductility, but its corrosion resistance is slightly inferior to that of low-zinc brass. It is suitable for complex shaped parts.
Key Features
1. High strength and hardness (tensile strength ≥ 350 MPa) 2. Excellent cold workability (suitable for deep drawing and complex molding) 3. Good electrical and thermal conductivity (about 28% of pure copper) 4. Cost-effective (cheaper than high-copper brass)
