Description
ABS+GF is a printing material formed by reinforcing ABS plastic with glass fiber (GF). In addition to preserving the mechanical performance and thermal stability of standard ABS, this material offers significant improvements in tensile strength, elastic modulus, heat deflection temperature, and dimensional stability, with lower shrinkage during molding. In 3D printing, ABS+GF material exhibits excellent printability and works effectively across different types of 3D printers. With moderate melt viscosity, the material extrudes smoothly. However, uniform dispersion of glass fibers is crucial to maintaining the printed part’s surface quality and mechanical performance
