Xometry is the company that made it the easiest. I talked to a few different companies, and Xometry felt like the best fit for me. A lot of these decisions do come down to who do I want to work with long term, so who do I get the best feeling from and who feels like they understand the product and are excited about it and want to be involved as well.

After our original mold was giving us trouble, we needed someone's help to make up for it. Thankfully we got the help we needed with Xometry. Their experts turned around our molds very quickly.

Our project with Xometry had some very challenging parts for any molder, and they got it done without requiring us to compromise the design intent. Other rapid tooling shops seem to only accept the very simplest part geometries.

If it’s not close enough to the reference model, Xometry is very helpful and we get a new one based on our feedback until we’re completely sure that’s the right quality we want. Xometry is always there to help us and is focused on delivering the best possible solution.

I can tell that there’s a meticulous team working behind the scenes. When we request revisions based on R&D, the team responds quickly and solves the issue without delays.

Xometry proved to be able to maintain good contact and provide fast and professional valuation of any manufacturing job. In many cases the engineers from Xometry did help by consulting on technologies Harpo could use to produce certain elements. The elements Xometry produced for the innovative device were delivered in a short time and for a fair price. The aluminum parts were CNC milled and post-processed by black anodizing.

Xometry deliver superb work. They are very versatile in terms of manufacturing processes and materials, are fast, have good customer service, they communicate and ask questions and on top of all this, the parts are good value.

Finding a competent supplier was a key requirement for me, so I started looking around and found Xometry that seemed to cater for absolutely everything I was looking for, but I couldn’t believe they could produce all the parts I needed so well and so inexpensively. When the first boxes arrived in January, I was afraid to open them, because if the quality wasn’t good enough I wouldn't have anywhere else to go to. But when I put it together, you simply can’t imagine how accurate it was. It is a wonderful experience to use Xometry as a supplier, I don’t have to worry about the quality anymore. I’ve done my job as an engineer, you’ve done yours as a supplier, we are ready to assist in fighting this terrible pandemic.

Xometry gave me back some excellent models. The plate was actually printed in aluminum because the stainless steel was a little costly and I had a limited budget.
