Responsibilities
●RMA (customer claim) handling, work with partner to dig out root cause and improvement actions through professional quality management tools: FAT, 5-why, SCAR (5D or 8D), etc.
●Participate new products NPI process, include process audit and QMS audit. Collect and review partners APQP/PPAP documents to ensure the Safe-launch
●Support Quality Leader to setup QMS (quality management system) of Xometry China
● As an experienced quality engineer, support Lab Leader to train quality technicians, inspectors, review and decide the final judgement of parts’ inspection, balance the quality and OTS (on-time to submission) performance properly
●Full-time working place is in South of China Lab, on-site inspection and supports as working requirement and Quality Leader assignment
Education and Qualifications:
●Junior college degree or above, major at Machinery Design, Machinery Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industry Automation, Industrial Engineering, etc
●Minimum of 3 year quality inspection and management experience in a CNC or Injection Molding shop, or assembly industry manufacturing environment
●Ability to interpret engineering drawings, familiar with G D&T, can identify Critical to Quality (CTQ) in engineering drawings/specifications
●Ability to use standard measuring tools, including Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges, etc. Being experienced in CMM programming and measurement will be a plus
●Familiarity with ISO9001 system, knowledge of IATF16949 system and automotive industry quality management tools, e.g. APQP, PPAP, CP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, etc. Knowledge of ISO13485 system medical device quality inspection standard will be a plus
●Team player, open to new ideas and team-work, self-motivated individual, willingness to continually strive to increase personal knowledge and value
●Be familiar with Auto CAD software and office software, including Excel, Word, PPT, etc. which will be necessary for quality statistics and reporting
●Good at English reading and writing
