We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our APAC marketing team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with solid B2B experience, strong digital execution skills, and a passion for content creation and creative storytelling, combined with a deep understanding of the APAC region. You will play a pivotal role in planning and executing integrated campaigns, developing localized content, and generating creative ideas that resonate with diverse target audiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and the ability to balance both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including online advertising, content marketing, industry events, and webinars, to support lead generation and brand visibility
- Create and localize engaging marketing content (e.g., blogs, customer success stories, white papers, newsletters, videos) with a strong focus on creativity and storytelling
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to translate technical insights into clear, compelling narratives tailored for regional markets
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance data regularly, track key metrics (e.g., CPL, conversion rate), and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization
- Manage and update the corporate website, localized landing pages, and social media channels to enhance user experience and strengthen brand presence
- Conduct market research to support business expansion in emerging APAC markets, such as Australia and New Zealand
- Take ownership of end-to-end marketing execution, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and alignment with business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B or digital marketing roles
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
- Creative mindset with experience in developing campaign concepts and content ideas.
- Solid understanding of marketing performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience supporting or managing marketing across multiple APAC markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand).
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
