We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing Manager – A full-time dedicated and experienced professional who would take the responsibility for developing and implementing communication strategies using various marketing tools (social media, website, email, online/offline events, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior to identify key drivers of engagement, retention, and referrals.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals for acquisition, activation, retention and referral.
- Develop and iterate strategies to continuously improve ROI, optimize traffic and revenue KPIs including CTR, open rates, incremental revenue lift, engagement and retention.
- Build & maintain our official website & mini-sites under engagement strategies.
- Set up integrations between CRM & marketing automation tools.
- Produce reports and analyses for campaigns and proposals for new programs.
- Ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity of customer and contact lists in our customer database.
- Work with cross functional teams (Sales, Product, Ops, Development, etc.) to continuously improve the customer journey from onboarding to referrals, from Marketing touch points to onsite experience.
- Develop and manage an integrated framework for onboarding new customers, driving repeat business, and increase referrals.
Qualifications
- Has 2+ years experience in marketing/communications experience working in digital marketing with responsibilities in contact-nurturing, e-commerce, familiar with Wechat ecosystem & other latest digital approaches.
- Has profound knowledge of marketing & marketing automation tools. Ideally has experience in integrating these tools with a CRM.
- Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing, KPI tracking and ROI analysis.
- Able to initiate and solely manage marketing/communication campaigns aimed to achieve exact business goals.
- Has experience in website / mini-site maintenance, knowledge of manufacturing or HTML / CSS will be a plus.
- Has perfect written communication skills (e.g. can write an easy-to-comprehend, well-structured copy).
- Self-motivated & goal-oriented. Can multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
