We are looking for a HR generalist who will be taking care of all HR related administrative tasks. You will collaborate with the HR team of Xometry US and adapt existing HR procedures to local Chinese requirements. The role is a hybrid position creating an overall excellent employee experience in our Asia office.
Responsibilities
- Provides support in the following areas: recruitment, performance management, coaching, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development.
- Recruitment: responsible for the recruitment management of all functional departments of the Asia-Pacific region, release recruitment information, screen resumes, organize and implement interviews, track interview results, handle employment & employee orientation.
- Training: formulate and supervise the implementation of the annual training plan, investigate and evaluate the training effect, and supervise the training work of each department.
- Employee development: organize talent review, assist business department to plan employee career development.
- Performance: organize the implementation of performance management, supervise the process of department performance management, solve problems in time, so that the performance system can be implemented.
- Human resource system: formulate and improve the company’s human resource management system and process.
- Labor relations: establish smooth communication channels, deal with all kinds of employee relations, and improve employee engagement.
- Handle other affairs assigned by General Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management, labor economy, psychology, management and other related disciplines is preferred.
- At 3-5 years working experience in human resource generalist role, with Human resource position experience.
- Familiar with human resource management system.
- Familiar with national and local labor laws and regulations.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Strong affinity, overall view, strong pressure resistance.
- Proficient in office software.
